Yes. Around half the sites we have shipped run on a CMS, so the people who own them can edit their own pages without calling us. Joomla is what we use most, and we work with WordPress and others where the project calls for it. Where a site does not need editing, we build it static instead, because it is faster and there is nothing to keep patched. We recommend one or the other after we understand who updates the site and how often, and we will say plainly when a CMS would be the wrong choice.
